Nicest way to see it is to click on the 'Full' tab below the slides once you're on our Slideshare page. It takes about 10 mins, and we hope there are things in it that will make you think in a new way about what the banks have been up to, and how we as customers have been behaving...
(It was embedded all funkily here, but weirdly, after changing the text slightly on the original and reuploading it to Slideshare, the embed code still points to the unrevised version, so I took it down. Hmmm...buggy buggy...)
